Stoddard is a wonderful travel agent who provides outstanding customer service!
I initially contacted Stoddard via email. He reached out to me that very same day via phone and email. I spoke with him at length that afternoon and explained that we want to go on a 10-12 day trip to Switzerland. Before I went to bed that evening, he sent over a full itinerary which included flights, hotels, some meals, and recommendations for how to spend our time. All of this came in under our budget. Everything that Stoddard picked was fabulous, but since we had some extra money we added an extra night and made one or two upgrades. Stoddard was patient, friendly, and responsive throughout all of our interactions, and he always gave his honest opinion when we asked him for his input. It's evident that he knows Switzerland very well!! Our trip is now officially booked and we could not be more excited!
I highly recommend using Stoddard to plan your next vacation. He will not disappoint!!

First time getting away in many years, newlyweds on our post-honeymoon vacation somewhere we knew nothing about, and Stoddard immediately got a great trip together, along with all the experience he had living there a few years. Never used an agent before, not to mention a specialist like Stoddard. Talked me through the options, send example, settled on a 14 day trip, and it was awesome... Thanks Stoddard !

Stoddard was a fantastic representative that provided us with a once in a life time trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. His attention to detail and communication were impeccable, and he did everything he could to ensure we had the most amazing experience ever. Stoddard was very responsive to our specific travel needs. We asked for an itinerary and then needed to change it. He was helpful in making the change happen.

After searching for the perfect Dude Ranch vacation, it was by chance I came across Stoddard Brown on Google. I had forgotten that Travel Agents were still available and I felt like the luckiest person in the world. Stoddard is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about Dude Ranches and has been such a pleasure to work with. Great communication, well-traveled and very responsive. We decided to plan a road trip from AZ to our Dude Ranch destination in CO and Stoddard also helped me plan one-night destinations to and from and recommended unique hotels in cool little towns as well. Our trip is at the end of June and I can't wait to post another review after our trip.
